Last week we've been talking about social networks and I think this topic is very interesting to premiere my blog: Social networks, friends or enemies of business?
This video that I post was released by the NGO Greenpeace to denounce the use of palm oil by Nestlé to manufacture his principal product “Kit Kat”. The use of this palm oil leads to destruction of Indonesia's rainforests and the habitat of orangutans.

Nestlé withdraws got Youtube video claiming misuse of its trademark and posted on his Facebook page an entry in which he told his fans that if they made any change in our logo, his publication would be eliminated. This made the followers of social network "revolution against the mark " by the censorship of Nestlé.
This is an example of how poorly managed social networks are an enemy to the company, you should never blame the consumer you have to listen their opinion always.
hi Jenny,
ResponderEliminarI enjoyed the video clip and you've made a good point about social networking sites poor management and its results. I'll think twice before eating a kitkat now...
As for grammar, be careful with past tenses ( last week, we talked), possessives (Nestle - its product), prepositions (listen to) and personal pronouns (Nestle should be referred as"they" - they're a company consisting of many people-).
keep me posted with more entries, please. Remember you need to do one posting by every Friday!
